- Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills to effectively communicate and document information.
- Adapt to night shift work schedule to ensure seamless policy servicing operations.

- Possess strong English language skills for effective communication and documentation.
- Have a foundational understanding of insurance products and policy servicing processes.
- Experience in handling changes and endorsements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve policy discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

**Certifications Required**

Certification in Insurance Fundamentals or equivalent is preferred.
