**Job Summary**

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing insurance policies and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee the processing of insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders using English language skills to address inquiries and provide policy information.
- Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update policy records and documentation efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline policy servicing operations and improve workflow.
- Analyze policy data to identify trends and provide insights for process improvement.
- Ensure timely submission of policy documents and reports to relevant departments.
- Assist in resolving policy-related issues by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support the implementation of new policy servicing procedures and technologies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of insurance products and servicing techniques.
- Contribute to the development of policy servicing strategies that align with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance in policy servicing.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing policy servicing processes and customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills including reading writing and speaking to facilitate effective communication.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of insurance products and their servicing requirements.
- Possess the ability to handle online submissions and related processes with ease.
- Display excellent organizational skills to manage multiple policy servicing tasks simultaneously.
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in policy documentation and reporting.
- Be adaptable to night shift work model and contribute positively to team dynamics.

**Certifications Required**

Certification in Insurance Policy Management or MS Office proficiency.
