We are looking for **Business Development Associate** for **EVENT COMPANY**

**Location**:* Noida Extension, near Gaur City

**Salary Range**:* Rs 30,000 - Rs 34,000

**Qualification Required**:* Graduate/Post Graduate in a related field or relevant stream.

**Experience**:* Minimum 2 years of **EXPERIENCE IN EVENT INDUSTRY**

**Office Timings:* 1**0 AM to 6 PM (6 Days a week, alternate Saturday off)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:*
- Conduct visits to prospects and clients' offices for business generation and meetings.
- Generate and convert leads through visits, references, cold calling, or company provided data.
- Draft and deliver compelling presentations.
- Create content and coordinate with the design team for the development of marketing materials.

**Skills-**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Creative individual with a professional flair.
- Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Proficient in all digital marketing platforms and online portals with a wider reach.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in public relations and online communications.
- Ability to work independently and adapt flexibly to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to work extended hours to support the team.
