As a Digital Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote and enhance the online presence of the organization. You will be responsible for managing various digital marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, and driving customer engagement and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns:Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
Identify target audiences and devise strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.

**Manage website and online presence**:Regularly update and maintain the organization's website to ensure an optimal user experience.
Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make necessary improvements to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings and drive relevant traffic.

**Social media management**:Develop and implement social media strategies to build and maintain a strong social media presence.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online communities.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Content marketing**:Create and manage compelling content marketing campaigns, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content.

**Analytics and reporting**:Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
Generate regular reports and provide insights on campaign performance, user behavior, and key metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and propose optimization strategies to achieve better results.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
