Hiring for Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy to drive online brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives. The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital marketing opportunities and trends.
Define target audience segments and develop personalized marketing campaigns.

Optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.

Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content.
Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and aligns with brand guidelines.

Social Media Management:Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community management, and monitoring.
Monitor social media trends and implement innovative approaches to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure high visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).

Analytics and Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders to showcase the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry developments.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
