As a Product Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our AI-based software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products.

As a **Product Marketing Associate**, you will be a part of the OnePint team that is building high quality enterprise class software for the retail industry. You will play a key role in shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to position our AI products in the market effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value of our AI solutions.
- Work with the product management team to ensure alignment on product features, benefits, and customer use cases.
- Create and maintain user guides, release notes, FAQs, onboarding content
- Organize content logically and ensure it aligns with the product lifecycle and updates.
- Manage the documentation platform and ensure documentation is consistent in tone, format, and structure.
- Work with UX teams to integrate help content into the product interface.
- Develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, demos, case studies, and product collateral.
- Support creation of compelling collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, product videos, case studies, website copy, etc.) that supports the buyer journey.
- Drive demand generation campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to increase product awareness and adoption.
- Lead product launch initiatives, coordinating efforts across multiple departments to ensure a successful go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to develop customer success stories and testimonials.
- Analyze and report on product marketing performance, providing insights to refine strategies and tactics.
- Support sales teams with training and resources to increase product knowledge and selling effectiveness.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in AI or software product industries including product documentation, technical writing, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing software products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI product marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, Supply chain, DTC, Retail.
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
