Job Title:
Administrator - Supply Chain Support

Summary:

- Supporting GTC on new Experimental sample SAP workflow includes product HS classification review and product export control.
- Responsible to support on auditing of HTC codes Globally.

Responsibilities Include:

- Review and Verify Substance Information
Check and validate Real Substance ID information in SAP to ensure accuracy.
- HTC Code Validation
Validate and update HTC codes for newly created materials.
- Classification Request Initiation
Initiate classification requests in the TCM system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor Classification Process
Track the progress of classification requests, ensuring timely completion and updates to HS codes in SAP (MM03).
Confirm and update the Country of Origin as necessary.
- Material Composition Screening
Conduct screenings of material composition data to assess compliance with Export Control license requirements.

Qualifications:
The following are _required _for the role
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, engineering, management, operations or supply chain
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain - Logistics/trade compliance.
- Strong analytical, decision and strategic thinking skills with an attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization globally.
- Highly motivated and energetic with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
