Supply Chain Support Administrator

Position Summary:
This role will be responsible to manage Customer and Non-Commercial samples for Europe and Global locations respectively.

Main responsibility will be to ensure Customer samples are available to replenish at third party site for Customers in Europe. He/she will coordinate with various regional Product managers and schedulers on daily basis. The Non
- Commercial sample responsibility include ensure all necessary compliance screens, approvals and audit records are met before shipping/receiving. He/she will support Global Trade Compliance team to extend reporting capabilities and visibility on Global shipments of non-commercial samples. He/she will be responsible to streamline communication and standardize global process and Track and Trace ability.

Job Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Deliverables

Europe Customer Sample Inventory management:

- Manage replenishing of stock at CMC Sampling warehouse in Waalwijk, NL via SAP.
- Coordinating with the planners/ schedulers to ensure on-time availability at CMC for an uninterrupted sampling to customers to avoid delays for qualification/ testing/ trails.
- Closely work with the inside sales team to understand which sample orders are critical and keep commercial team in the loop with an update on the status.
- Share weekly updates on all open sample orders and actions to reduce span vs. requested delivery date.

Global - Non-commercial Sample Compliance workflow support
- Coordination /alignment with Global Trade compliance on Trade Regulatory Compliance/ Logistics Departments on transport regulatory Compliance /Product Stewardship on product Regulatory Compliance for all Global Non
- Commercial Samples
- Proactively follow-up on time critical workflow request with the stakeholders & GTC
- Data entry for non-ERP-based shipments in MS SharePoint including on demand request for

Customs Tariff-Code Requests (Classifier) and entry of Sanctions Screening Requests (Export on Demand)
- Enter all 3rd party Import-shipments of Non
- Commercials samples in workflow.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
- Actively pursue continuous improvement opportunities resulting in improved data management and standardization of process.
- Look at opportunities to improve similar process in regional teams.
- Collaborate with IT team and various teams for implementation of improvement ideas.

Additional Details:
Minimum Qualifications
- Commerce or Business Administration Master’s degree.
- Min. 2 years experience in International Logistics management, Trade compliance or Supply Chain
- Knowledge of MS-Office, good knowledge in Excel.
- Must be able to work independently and be able to function in a challenging team environment.
- Must have good oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership on the tasks assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced user in SAP MRP/MM.
- Customs & Export Control Compliance know-how preferred.
- Experience in a Manufacturing sector.
- Associates Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Trade compliance.
