**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure smooth coordination between production, dispatch, and installation teams.
- Track project progress, order status, and ensure timely deliveries as per client requirements.
- Handle **MIS reporting**, data management, and maintain operational records in Excel or ERP.
- Coordinate with clients regarding order updates, requirements, and issue resolution.
- Manage manpower allocation including **fitters, carpenters, and site teams**.
- Liaise with purchase, sales, and accounts departments for seamless execution of operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and material movement to avoid delays.
- Assist in planning production schedules and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
**Key Skills & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in **operations management within the door or furniture manufacturing industry**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and **ERP software**.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Ability to multitask and handle site, client, and internal coordination efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
