**Job Summary**

Geetanjali Woodcraft is hiring a dedicated Order Coordinator to manage end-to-end order processing for door frames. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, production, logistics, and clients—delivering a seamless experience from order receipt to final dispatch.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate raw material checks and initiate job card creation for production.
- Schedule orders into the production workflow aligned with capacity and lead times.
- Monitor production progress across all stages (cutting, polishing, QC) and flag delays proactively.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients on order status, ETAs, and any changes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all order-related client queries.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure final inspection before dispatch.
- Plan and coordinate logistics, preparing dispatch documents (invoices, delivery challans, packing lists).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

6-12 months of experience in order processing or production coordination, preferably in door frame or modular furniture manufacturing.

Strong understanding of production workflows in wood/door frame manufacturing.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for effective client interaction.

Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, or order management software.

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
