Job Summary

We are looking for a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to handle daily data entry tasks. The role involves converting information from paper documents into Excel formats with 100% accuracy, supporting operational reporting and document management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data from paper documents, registers, job cards, or production sheets into Excel with complete accuracy.
  • Maintain and update operational records, logs, and trackers.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before final submission.
  • Coordinate with operations, production, and dispatch teams to collect accurate data.
  • Organize and maintain digital files for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Assist in generating basic Excel reports and summaries as required by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all operational data.
  • Support the operations department in documentation and administrative tasks.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry or documentation roles, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, formatting, data cleaning).
  • Excellent typing speed and attention to detail, must maintain 100% accuracy.
  • Ability to read handwritten or printed documents and convert them into structured formats.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with a high sense of responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
