
Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering world-class service to customers across various industries.
Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and offer quick resolutions in a professional and friendly manner.
Product Support: Assist customers with product features, troubleshooting, and usage queries, helping them make the most of our services.
Documentation: Record customer interactions, update internal databases, and ensure that all cases are logged accurately for future reference.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes and consistent customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new products, services, and customer care techniques to ensure top-notch service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in a customer service or voice process role (freshers welcome).
Strong command of the English language; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night).
Positive attitude and a team player.
