About Us:
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**⁠ ⁠Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.**

**⁠ ⁠Identify and prospect new customers through calls, networking, and other lead generation methods.**

**⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the lighting industry.**

**⁠ ⁠Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our lighting solutions.**

**⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, product development, project fulfilment, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.**

**⁠ ⁠Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.**

**⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations, reports, and presentations for clients and prospects.**

**⁠ ⁠Assist with execution and completion of projects end-to-end from initial discussions to after-sales service**

Qualifications and Skills:
**⁠ ⁠Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.**

**⁠ ⁠Minimum of 1 years of proven sales experience in the lighting industry or related field.**

**⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**

**⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.**

**⁠ ⁠Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.**

**⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel as needed.**
