nside Sales Executive - Stainless Steel Industry

**Position**: Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: Andheri East
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years experience in the stainless steel industry
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tele calling & Lead Generation**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads and inquiries.
- Follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and clients.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- **Sales and Deal Closing**:

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to secure client satisfaction.
- **Target-Based Sales**:

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management review.
- **Industry Expertise**:

- Leverage in-depth knowledge of stainless steel products to educate and guide clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- **Experience**: Proven track record of success in sales within the stainless steel industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- **Target-Oriented**: Highly motivated to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
