Job Summary:
**To ensure payments are made on time and within corporate targets, ensuring no duplicate payments are made**

Key Responsibilities:
1. Payment Processing: Process payments to employees, vendors, and clients in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Invoice Management: Manage invoices from vendors and clients, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

3. Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to payments.

5. Reconciliation: Reconcile payment records with company accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

6. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on payment activities, including payment summaries and expense reports.

7. Communication: Communicate with employees, vendors, and clients regarding payment-related matters.

REQUIRMENTS:

- excellent skills in MS-Excel
- Degree in business or any other field related to the position.
- Practical experience in a similar position advantageous.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field B.Com/ M.Com.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a payment or accounting role.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and reconcile payment records.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees, vendors, and clients.
