**MIS Executive cum DDEO Trainer**

**Location**: AISECT Deendayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand

**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a Trainer cum MIS Executive to join our team at AISECT Deendayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. This role is instrumental in managing the HUNAR portal of JSDM, ensuring the timely capturing of student attendance, and handling various data management tasks. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for other MIS-related duties as per the common norms of JSDM.

**Responsibilities**:
**Management of HUNAR Portal**:Effectively manage the HUNAR portal of JSDM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Regularly update and maintain records on the portal.

**Attendance Management**:Oversee the timely and accurate capture of student attendance.
Ensure compliance with JSDM guidelines regarding attendance records.

**Data Management**:Maintain and update student and program data as required.
Generate and maintain relevant reports for monitoring and decision-making.

**Hostel and Class Attendance**:Supervise the recording of attendance for hostel residents and classroom participants.
Verify and report any discrepancies promptly.

**Other MIS Responsibilities**:Fulfill additional MIS-related tasks in accordance with JSDM norms.
Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in MIS and data management preferred.
- Proficiency in using MIS software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of JSDM guidelines and processes is a plus.
