Researching target audiences and market trends to inform campaigns.
- Planning and evaluating marketing campaigns, including managing budgets and performance
- Writing and proofreading creative copy, and developing digital content for print and online campaigns
- Organizing events such as product launches, photo shoots, and press functions
- Managing social media campaigns and building brand awareness
- Analyzing data to determine target audience preferences and forecast campaign responses
- Prioritizing tasks, delegating duties, managing deadlines, and supervising multiple projects
- Assist in developing & managing a customer-led marketing effort that drives & supports, both Marketing & Sales objectives.
- Provide top class support, sales tools & marketing collateral to Sales & Marketing team as well as Channel & Institutional partners.
- Assisting in providing timely support to Senior Marketing Team in preparing annual budget and other reports as and when required.
- Managing Consumer promotions & Events by coordinating with various Advertising, Media & Digital agencies.
- Monitoring the outdoor assets of the Organization.
- Assisting Senior Marketing Team in developing and coordinating marketing plans and strategies for the organization, monitor, review and reports on all marketing activities.
- Determining and managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are delivered within defined budgets.
- Managing Prospect Management Team.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Market Research and Data Analysis: 5 years (preferred)
- Campaign Planning and Budget Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Content Creation and Social Media Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Event Coordination and Execution: 5 years (preferred)
- Marketing Strategy Development: 5 years (preferred)
- Collaboration with Agencies and Teams: 5 years (preferred)
- Report Preparation and Performance Evaluation: 5 years (preferred)
- Team Supervision and Task Delegation: 5 years (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 5 years (required)
