You will be working as OEM LV Sales and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Power division based in Hyderabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager - Product and will be responsible for building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identifying new business opportunities & mapping in sales tools like SFDC
- Creating clear strategies to convert & long-term OEM conversion plan
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities
- Providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales team
- Establishing strong customer relationships & build channel partner network
- Maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including pre & post sales

**Your background**:

- A Graduate Engineer or above in Electrical or Electronics
- Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, working as individual contributor with LV Switchgear in the south Gujarat market
- Experience of business development, direct sales, account management and cross-selling
- Knowledge of Industrial OEM customers & SFDC operations
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude
- Should have good Communications & presentation skills. Excellent level of English required
