**Summary**:The Podcast Production Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of podcast production, from initial concept and planning to final execution and distribution. This role is crucial in maintaining and growing our podcast presence in the media industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with team members to develop podcast concepts and content ideas.

Create podcast episode outlines, scripts, and production schedules.

Coordinate with hosts, guests, and production staff to ensure smooth recording sessions.

Supervise recording sessions, providing guidance to ensure high-quality audio.

Edit and enhance podcast episodes to meet quality standards.

Oversee post-production processes, including audio editing, sound design, and mixing.

Ensure episodes are error-free and meet content and quality guidelines.

Manage the uploading and scheduling of podcast episodes on various platforms.

Optimize podcast metadata for better search visibility and audience engagement.

Monitor and respond to audience feedback and reviews.

Develop podcast marketing strategies to increase listenership and engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote podcasts through social media, and other channels.

Seek opportunities for cross-promotion and partnerships with other podcasts and relevant influencers.

Track podcast performance metrics, including download numbers, listener demographics, and engagement.

Provide regular reports on podcast performance and use data to make improvements.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
