Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative Video & Podcast Editor to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, experience with greenscreen compositing, and the ability to edit both short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form podcasts. Strong communication skills and teamwork are a must, as this is a collaborative role within a fast-growing creative space.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit reels, shorts, and other short-form content optimized for social media.
- Edit long-form podcasts and video podcasts with clean transitions, audio syncing, and brand consistency.
- Perform greenscreen keying and compositing for clean, professional visuals.
- Incorporate motion graphics, lower-thirds, titles, and branding elements where required.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual style across projects.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final exports.
- Stay updated with editing trends, especially in the reels/podcast/content creation space.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects knowledge is a plus).
- Experience with greenscreen work (chroma keying, clean background replacement).
- Strong storytelling sense with the ability to cut engaging short-form content.
- Knowledge of audio syncing, mixing, and basic color correction.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- 02 years of relevant editing experience (agency, studio, or freelance).
