Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Support the founder on different aspects of running a podcast agency.
  • Outreach Prep: Build daily list of 20 ICP leads (LinkedIn profiles + emails via Hunter) with 1 personalized note idea each.
  • Pipeline Admin: Log new connects, replies, follow-ups due; move statuses; flag hot leads for you.
  • Publishing Ops: Move client episodes through SOP: upload assets, titles/descriptions, thumbnails, tags; tick "Release Check" boxes.
  • Repurposing Ops: From approved edit → cut shorts (using CapCut templates), export 2–3; prep quote graphic (Canva template); draft captions (AI).
  • Guest/Client Emails: Send templated guest-release emails with asset folder; nudge clients for next recordings.
  • Proof Library: Save wins (screenshots: LI reach, YT watch time, before/after waveforms) into a central folder.

Weekly

  • Prepare 1 case story (template) + 1 simple report per client (bullets, not heavy).
  • Keep SOPs updated when improved.
