Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team at Course Connect. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign management in the education technology sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing trends, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our mission of connecting learners with exceptional educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management

  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Develop blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials aligned with Course Connect's brand voice
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules

Social Media Marketing

  • Monitor and manage Course Connect's social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Research and implement trending hashtags and social media best practices
  • Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports

Digital Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Support email marketing initiatives including newsletter creation and distribution
  • Help with Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign setup and monitoring
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and other tracking tools
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion metrics

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Assist with basic SEO tasks including keyword research and content optimization
  • Help maintain and update website content
  • Support link-building initiatives and local SEO efforts
