We are looking for a dynamic and creative 
Social Media Marketing Manager
 with a strong background in building brand presence across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with content creation (including short videos), confident in hosting podcasts/webinars, and skilled in crafting strategies that amplify brand recall.

This role requires someone who not only understands the pulse of 
social media trends and viral content ideation
 but can also plan and execute branding campaigns aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Branding

  • Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create short-format videos (Reels, Shorts) independently, showcasing product features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Design and manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Podcast & Webinar Management

  • Plan, script, and host webinars and podcasts to engage customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Work closely with leadership, guests, and partners to deliver smooth and professional sessions.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct regular competitor scans to identify social media branding strategies, creative angles, and positioning.
  • Stay updated with 
    latest digital marketing trends
     and apply them to boost brand engagement.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Ideate viral content campaigns that increase visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and execute offline branding activities/events for additional brand recall.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and partner teams for integrated campaigns.

Community Engagement

  • Build and engage online communities by responding, interacting, and sparking meaningful conversations.
  • Identify influencers, partners, and collaborators for joint promotions.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in 
    social media marketing, branding, or digital communications
    .
  • Strong experience in 
    creating and editing short videos
     (comfortable appearing on camera).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Ability to 
    host podcasts/webinars/events
     with confidence and creativity.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    social media trends, analytics tools, and branding strategies
    .
  • Experience with 
    content ideation, strategy planning, and execution
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    offline branding activities
     (events, partnerships, activations).
  • Preferably based in 
    Bangalore
     or open to relocate.
