**Roles & responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

2.Implement sales strategies to promote products/services and achieve sales targets.

3.Collect market intelligence through field research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.

4.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

5.Provide regular reports on field activities, including client feedback, sales performance, and market insights.

6.Resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients in a timely and efficient manner.

7.Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to make informed decisions.

8.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during field operations.9. Conduct client visits to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide product/service demonstrations

**Requirements**:
1.Proven experience in a similar field executive role, preferably in sales or marketing.

2.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

3.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4.Highly organized with good time management skills.

5.Willingness to travel extensively as required.
