**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **GIS-based master plans**, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and urban planning principles.
- Conduct **land use surveys** to assess current conditions and support future planning initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret spatial and non-spatial **urban planning data** for informed decision-making.
- Utilize **GIS tools** to create maps, conduct spatial analysis, and visualize planning scenarios.
- Prepare **technical reports**, presentations, and planning documents for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with government agencies, private developers, and community organizations to facilitate planning projects.
- Assess zoning regulations, environmental factors, and infrastructure needs for urban development projects.
- Support in the preparation of **policy recommendations** and land-use strategies for sustainable urban growth.
- Stay updated on the latest urban planning trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Urban Planning, or Equivalent Planning.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in urban planning, with expertise in **GIS-based master planning**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD and** **GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.)** for spatial data management and analysis.
- Experience in conducting **land use surveys, data collection, and statistical analysis**.
- Strong knowledge of urban planning policies, land use regulations, and zoning laws.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets for urban development projects.
- Excellent **report writing, documentation, and presentation skills**.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **remote sensing and spatial modeling**.
- Knowledge of urban sustainability practices and smart city concepts.
- Familiarity with urban economic analysis and demographic studies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
