The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual, analytical, and visualization skills, along with a deep understanding of planning principles, urban policies, and sustainable design practices.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage urban design and planning projects from concept to implementation.Prepare master plans, zonal plans, and detailed area plans aligned with local development regulations.Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams for project approvals.Conduct site analysis, land use planning, and urban infrastructure assessments .Contribute to urban renewal, TOD (Transit-Oriented Development), and smart city initiatives .Prepare and present reports, drawings, and planning documentation .Ensure all design and planning outputs meet statutory and sustainability standards.Key Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp, Adobe Suite , and other planning tools.Strong understanding of urban design principles, development controls, and regional planning frameworks .Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English and Telugu .Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.Preferred Background:Experience in urban development projects , government consultancy assignments , or Smart City projects.Knowledge of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh urban planning policies will be an advantage.
