The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual, analytical, and visualization skills, along with a deep understanding of planning principles, urban policies, and sustainable design practices.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manageurban design and planning projectsfrom concept to implementation.Preparemaster plans, zonal plans, and detailed area plansaligned with local development regulations.Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams for project approvals.Conductsite analysis, land use planning, and urban infrastructure assessments .Contribute tourban renewal, TOD (Transit-Oriented Development), and smart city initiatives .Prepare and presentreports, drawings, and planning documentation .Ensure all design and planning outputs meet statutory and sustainability standards.Key Skills & Competencies:Proficiency inAutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp, Adobe Suite , and other planning tools.Strong understanding ofurban design principles, development controls, and regional planning frameworks .Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English andTelugu .Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.Preferred Background:Experience inurban development projects ,government consultancy assignments , orSmart Cityprojects.Knowledge ofTelangana and Andhra Pradesh urban planning policieswill be an advantage.
