The role requires strong architectural expertise to translate design vision into cohesive development strategies that align with regulatory, technical, and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Design Development•Lead theconceptualization and developmentof master plans for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and township projects. •Integratearchitectural, landscape, urban design, and infrastructurecomponents into cohesive development frameworks. •Ensure alignment of master plans withmarket requirements, design intent, and sustainability goals. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, engineering, finance, and business strategy) during project planning and feasibility stages.Regulatory & Compliance•Review and ensure master plans meetstatutory norms, zoning regulations, development control rules,and environmental guidelines. •Liaise withlocal authorities, consultants, and external agenciesfor approvals and compliance coordination.Design Coordination & Stakeholder Management•Coordinate witharchitects, landscape consultants, traffic engineers, and infrastructure teamsto ensure integrated planning outcomes. •Conduct and facilitatedesign charrettes, workshops, and review meetingswith stakeholders. •Providetechnical guidance and mentorshipto junior planners and design professionals.Project Delivery & Quality Control•Ensure timely delivery of master planning deliverables within definedbudget and quality parameters. •Reviewdrawings, reports, 3D visualizations, and presentationsfor accuracy and design integrity. •Driveinnovation and sustainability initiativesin master planning processes and design outputs.Key Deliverables•Approved and coordinated master plans for all assigned projects. •Design documentation, concept reports, and presentation decks. •Regulatory submissions and compliance reports. •Project progress reviews and stakeholder reports.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)•Timeliness and quality of master plan deliverables. •Compliance with zoning, regulatory, and sustainability standards. •Stakeholder satisfaction and collaboration effectiveness. •Number of innovative and sustainable planning solutions adopted.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design / Planningfrom a reputed institution. •Minimum10–15 yearsof experience in master planning or large-scale urban development projects. •Strong understanding ofzoning laws, development regulations, and infrastructure planning. •Proficiency inAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, GIS tools, and Adobe Creative Suite. •Excellent presentation, analytical, and coordination skills. •Experience working withreal estate developers, design firms, or urban planning consultanciespreferred.
