**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy in the booking system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure guests’ needs are met, assisting with any special requests or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, including payment details, preferences, and requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials (brochures, forms, etc.).
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate processing of payments and issuing receipts.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including handling mail and packages for guests.
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
