**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- **Reservation Management**:

- Ensure that guest room allocations are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate any guest requests or issues to the appropriate departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Process payments, provide receipts, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- **Security & Compliance**:

- Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
- Follow hotel procedures for handling emergencies, including fire, medical, or security situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
