**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide executive administrative support to the COO, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Manage project coordination tasks, tracking progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Handle data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support office operations.
- Maintain a professional front desk presence, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with transcription of meetings and proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a personal assistant is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling and managing appointments.
- Familiarity with DocuSign for document management processes is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Previous experience in office management or clerical roles is highly desirable.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.

Pay: ₹43,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
