Personal Assistant to Founder

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant with 5+ years of proven expertise to serve as the right-hand support to the Founder of Robro Systems. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to enhance the Founder's efficiency and overall productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the Founder.
- Organize and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Draft and edit documents, presentations, and reports as per the Founder's requirements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and provide necessary follow-up.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Assist in prioritizing and managing the Founder's tasks and responsibilities.
- Oversee the Founder's office space, ensuring it is organized and efficient.
- Leverage extensive experience to support the Founder in various special projects and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree is required along with 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives or founders.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
