- Proactively engage customers to continuously innovate their business processes by leveraging existing and new product capabilities
- Be accountable to drive efficient usage of Benchmark products and services within subscribers by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented adoption Plan
- Identify new product improvement opportunities
- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
- Define product’s Go to Market strategy
- Collaborate/Facilitate discussions with the solution leadership council
- Create project spec and mock-ups for any new product/roadmap items

**Qualification & Experience**:

- B.E./B. Tech and 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
