Pricing - Elevators
- Develop and manage pricing strategy via business and reference pricing impact analysis.
- Monitoring prices in line with the Market-based power pricing approach to optimize the target price setting in CRM system
- Preparation and publishing pricing insights via dashboards, monthly regional review meetings, agree and monitoring top 5 actions to improve prices towards sustainability
- Manage pricing tools & processes training for regions, business areas and affiliates
- Responsible for developing and implementing of overall pricing strategy for India
