**Job Summary**:
Ellocent Labs is actively looking for an Online Bidder with a minimum professional experience of 0- 3 years. Your role will require you to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.

You will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads, provide prospective clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, also work with clients to create solutions for their needs, and consult throughout the final delivery process.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Must have knowledge in online bidding on Upwork and Guru websites.
- Must have knowledge in generating leads.
- Must be able to generate business leads for SEO and Development.
- Update and maintain the prospect database by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis.
- Respond to clients technical queries and follow-ups as needed
- Experienced in handling prospective international clients.
- Experienced in handling prospective international clients.Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Support in writing new business proposals.Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Proven minimum of 0-3 years of work experience as a Business Development Executive/Online Bidder.
- Good Knowledge of portals like UPWORK, GURU freelancing, etc.
- Must be good in proposal writing.
- Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients.
- Fluent communication in English (verbal and written).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
