This is a full-time on-site role for Online Bidding Specialist (Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour) / Business Development Specialist for our software development arm at Chandigarh. The Bidder/BDE shall be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives. The role will require working closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective business strategies and practices are implemented to support the organization's goals and objectives.
**Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:
- **Strategic Business Development**:Strategize and align business development tactics with company goals to drive growth and cultivate positive client connections.
- **Client Acquisition** and Retention: Lead the entire process of acquiring and retaining clients on **platforms like Upwork for our software development services.**:
- Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends and conduct research to identify new business opportunities on Upwork and other platforms.
- Proposal Development and Presentation: Craft and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting our company's strengths and solutions.
- Relationship Management: Act as the key liaison for client inquiries and issues, nurturing enduring and positive client relationships.
- Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Business Development Strategy: Devise and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and boost revenue through online bidding platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive cohesive business growth efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Online Bidder/Business Development Specialist or in a similar role within the software development industry.
- Existing network and pool of clients will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of business development best practices, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in business development tools, CRM software, and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
