**Working Days**: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage in bidding on various online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
- Identify, research, and engage with potential clients in the IT and software development domain.
- Understand client requirements, create compelling proposals, and negotiate terms to win projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market demand, and competition to stay ahead of the curve.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding for IT/Software projects.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality proposals that stand out.
- Knowledge of IT services and solutions (software development, mobile app development, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
