**We are seeking an experienced BDE (Online Bidder/Business Analyst/ Business Development)**

**Skills Required**:
- Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH and Freelance.
- Can create persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have knowledge of working in Web Development company.
- Understand client needs and project specifications to provide accurate bids.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for future opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed specified targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.
- Analyze business Challenges, identify problems and be able to propose solutions for same.
- Should be able to complete sales cycle in the online market place right from bidding to client communication, co-ordination with team, delivery and closure with payment and feedback.
- Must be a proactive communicator to keep all the team coordinated and in loop for status update.
