**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Office & Reception Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage courier, mail, and front desk operations efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure front office area is presentable.
**Administrative Support**:
- Support daily office operations and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for dispatch & courier Management.
**Travel & Ticketing**:
- Handle travel bookings (air, train, hotel) for employees and management.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and ensure cost-effective travel arrangements.
- Maintain travel records, itineraries, and reimbursement documentation.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Administration preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in administration, reception, and ticketing.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with travel booking portals and coordination.
- Pleasant personality, good multitasking, and time management skills.
**Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
