**Job Title: Admin Executive**
**Location: Gurugram**
**Key Responsibilities1. Office Administration & Coordination**
- Handle daily **administrative operations** to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with **contractors, vendors, and service providers** for office-related requirements.
- Maintain **office records, documentation, and supplies**.
- Manage official correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups.
**3. Payment Follow-Ups & Record-Keeping**
- Follow up on **pending payments** with clients and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of **invoices, transactions, and payment statuses**.
**4. Scheduling & Coordination**
- Assist in scheduling **meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements**.
- Coordinate with different teams and external stakeholders for **smooth workflow execution**.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in any field.
- **3-5 years** of experience in **administrative roles** (preferred).
- **Good communication skills** (both written & verbal).
- **Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Ability to **multitask, prioritize work, and handle responsibilities independently**.
