1. Training Development

3. User Support

- Ongoing Support: Offer continued support and troubleshooting for users after training sessions.

4. Assessment and Feedback
- Evaluate Learning: Develop assessments and feedback mechanisms to gauge user understanding and effectiveness of training.
- Adjust Training Programs: Use feedback to refine and improve training content and delivery methods.

5. Collaboration
- Work with Stakeholders: Collaborate with management, IT teams, and other departments to align training with organizational goals.
- Participate in Project Teams: Engage in SAP SCM implementation or upgrade projects, providing training insights.

6. Knowledge Management
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with SAP SCM developments, industry trends, and best practices to ensure training is relevant.
- Share Knowledge: Facilitate knowledge sharing among users and within the organization to foster a learning culture.

7. Reporting
- Track Progress: Monitor and report on training outcomes, user engagement, and areas needing improvement.
