We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **SAP Basis Trainer** to join our team on a part-time basis. As a trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality SAP Basis training to our trainees, helping them gain a strong understanding of SAP Basis concepts, tools, and best practices. This position is ideal for professionals who have a passion for teaching and wish to share their knowledge with aspiring SAP Basis professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct SAP Basis training sessions on weekends (2 hours per session), following the provided syllabus.
- Ensure that trainees grasp the fundamentals of SAP Basis, including system architecture, installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
- Break down complex concepts into simple, understandable modules to suit a variety of learning paces.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world examples to make learning interactive and practical.
- Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, practical exercises, and discussions.
- Offer support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions to help with any doubts or questions.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of SAP Basis advancements and incorporate relevant updates into the training curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an SAP Basis consultant or administrator, with in-depth knowledge of SAP Basis modules and related technologies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP Basis systems in a professional environment.
- Prior experience in training or teaching SAP Basis concepts to students or professionals is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to customize training material and adapt delivery style to meet the needs of different learning groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot SAP-related issues effectively.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Certification in SAP Basis or related areas is a plus.
