**Job Description **Openings Salary 1 Sales Executive ( Experienced )

1- Ex Employee of branded Jewellery stores like Tanishq, Malabar, or Worked in a reputed Jewellery store in Bandra,

2- Should have minimum 4 years of experience in only jewelry

3- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

4- Provide accurate information on our jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)

5 Answer customers' questions about specific products/services and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

6- Cross-sell products within the store to enhance the customer experience

7- Manage returns of merchandise and service our loyalty program clients

8- Coordinate with the retail sales representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

9- Inform customers about discounts and special offers to encourage repeat business

10- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner 11- Create sales material to present to customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services

12- Sell products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with clients and creating a positive sales experience

13- Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
