Urgent opening Back Office Jewelry firm - Mumbai

1- Ex Employee of branded Jewellery stores like Tanishq, Malabar, or Worked in a reputed Jewellery store in Bandra,

2- Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in only the jewelry field.

3- Language Known - English / Hindi / Gujarati ( optional)

4- Age Group Bellow 35 years

5- Gender - Male

6- Should have Very Good computer skills

7.Try to minimize the aging stock, and branch requirements are met timely.

8- Collaborating with the suppliers on new innovation

9- Meeting vendors on behalf of management/internal department to ensure product quality, capacity, and delivery issues.

10 Locate alternate suppliers to sustain and plan production.

11- Work cooperatively with cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships

12- Analyze all price quotes; work with vendors to ensure target costs are achieved. 13- Perform effective administrative functions of filing purchase orders/support.

14- Inspecting branches periodically to verify the physical stock with records maintained and shuffle nonmoving stock.

15- Complete execution of Jewellery collections as per customer brief till the sampling.

16- Ensure ideas stock of inventory is planned and maintained via replenishment of stock.

17- Periodically make list store wise and ensure its availability in store.

18- Coordinate with a visual merchandiser to ensure proper display and packaging are maintained.

19- Maintain store order and repair

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- back office: 2 years (preferred)
- Collaborating with the suppliers on new innovation: 2 years (preferred)
- Maintain store order and repair: 2 years (preferred)
