**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**:Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and handle customer billing.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting**:Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- **Expense Tracking**:Track and report on company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- **Audit Support**:Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
- Accurately record financial transactions in the company’s accounting system.
- Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, ensuring all entries are timely and correct
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Help in tracking and managing outstanding receivables and payables.
- Assist in processing expense reimbursements.
- Help in preparing basic financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of tax-related transactions.
- Assist in maintaining internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- Assist in maintaining organized financial records and documentation.
- Good at GST & TDS

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Entry-level: 1 - 2 years of experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of finance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Internship or relevant experience in accounting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of basic tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
