**Job Summary**:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing inbound and outbound shipments, with a focus on reverse logistics. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our logistics partners and ensuring exceptional customer service for both our customers and partners. This role involves problem-solving and issue resolution, as well as the monitoring and maintenance of performance reports. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate data is available for our billing team.

**Job Role and responsibilities**:

- Monitoring a high volume of inbound and outbound shipments including reverse logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and logistics partner.
- Solve customer and logistics partner problems and help resolve issues.
- Monitoring & maintaining performance report for logistics partner as well as for customer.
- Ensure to have correct update in MIS report & supporting billing team to share correct data.
- Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
