Job Details
- 1. Post-Invoicing Operations
- Assigning Transporter:
○ Indent Vehicles as per requirement generated from Floor Team after invoice generation.

○Assign/Rationalize vehicles to the nominated transporter based on delivery requirements

2. Vehicle Coordination
- Follow-Up for Incoming Vehicles:
○ Track and ensure the timely arrival of vehicles for both inwards and outwards operations.

○ Coordinate with transporters to resolve delays or issues.

3. Post-Loading Activities
- E-Way Bill Creation:
○ Generate and issue e-way bills for dispatched goods immediately after loading.

○ Verify details, such as vehicle number, material description, and delivery destination.
- Dispatch Updates:
○ Update dispatch details in trackers or SAP, including delivery schedules and vehicle information.

○ Share dispatch reports with stakeholders.

4. Tracking and Coordination
- Transporter Coordination:
○ Monitor the progress of dispatched vehicles to ensure delivery within the agreed TAT.

○ Regularly communicate with transporters, principals, and end users to provide updates.
- Safe Delivery Assurance:
○ Ensure goods are delivered in good condition and within the agreed timeframe.

5. Proof of Delivery (POD)
- POD Collection:
○ Obtain PODs from transporters for all deliveries.

○ Verify that the POD matches the delivery details, such as invoice numbers and recipient acknowledgment.
- POD Maintenance:
○ Maintain a systematic record of all PODs for future reference or queries.

○ Organize documents by date, vehicle, and delivery for easy retrieval during audits or customer inquiries.

Working Time & days - Office Timing 9.30am - 6.30pm | Monday To Saturday
