Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits, calls, and meetings.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends, adapting approaches as necessary.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Networking: Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the company’s presence and generate leads.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of proven experience in field sales or business development.

MBA in Marketing or a related field.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
