
Administrative Support Officer

**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle correspondence and ensure timely responses to internal and external communications.
- Assist in creating and implementing office policies and procedures.
**Accounts Management**:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure timely submission of tax and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and the finance department regarding payments and invoices.
- Ensure clarity, tone, and accuracy in all written correspondence.
**Content Creation**:
- Develop engaging content for internal and external purposes, such as newsletters, social media posts, and reports.
- Assist with editing and proofreading materials to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with branding and strategy.

- **Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative mindset with experience in content development and editing.
