**Client Consultation**: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- **Itinerary Planning**: Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- **Booking Management**: Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.
- **Vendor Relations**: Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and insurance, are obtained and up to date.
- **Travel Assistance**: Provide support to clients before, during, and after their trips, including handling changes to itineraries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor travel budgets and expenses, providing cost-effective options while meeting client needs.
- **Destination Knowledge**: Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, attractions, and local customs to offer informed advice to clients.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, exceeding their expectations.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel, offering quick and effective solutions.
- **Technology Utilization**: Utilize travel booking systems and technology tools effectively to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
